**Please understand, you will need HTMA training to be able to use this app effectively. If you have not had any HTMA training, Instant HTMA Professional was built around this app and you get lifetime access to the app as a course member.

If you have gone through different HTMA training, the app will ensure you do not miss any patterns in the data and will reduce the amount of time it takes to analyze results and create client reports.

The app does not provide any recommendations for protocols since that will always be totally individual per client, but Instant HTMA Professional goes over exactly how to create HTMA protocols based on the data provided by the app.

When I upload a PDF, I get an error message or nothing happens.


  • Make sure you are using a Trace Elements digital HTMA document; it will not automatically upload results that are scanned in from a physical copy. The app does not support any other lab (Doctor's Data, CanAlt, ARL, etc).

  • Make sure you have input the correct Account Number that will unlock the HTMA Results into the Account Settings. Your Account Number is given to you by Trace Elements via email and is used for all results sent to you. 

  • The app is not able to upload scanned documents or pictures of HTMA results.

  • Try a different browser. Chrome or Safari are preferred,

  • Remember, you are always able to manually type in the numbers if you're having trouble uploading. The app will save them so you will not need to type them in again!

This usually means you’re using a different email than what’s on your account.

Try:
  • Any alternate emails you may have used
  • The email you used when purchasing or signing up

When you go through the process to generate a client report, you'll be prompted to enter in your clients top concerns and intake interview paperwork. The client report will be tailored around correlating your client's symptoms to their HTMA results. You can also access the Symptoms & Conditions tab in the main reference google sheet (Module 03) inside Instant HTMA Professional if you're looking for something specific.

This is usually a file type issue.

Client reports download as a .docx file, which is designed to be opened in:
  • Microsoft Word
  • Google Docs

If you open the file in Pages (on a Mac), the formatting may look off. Try opening it in Word or uploading it to Google Docs for the best experience.

Inside the app, go to Account Settings -> Business Information. This is where you can upload your logo and choose your colors for client reports.

If your branding isn’t showing:
  • Make sure you saved your settings
  • Check your file format (PNG works best for logos)
