​The following entitle a customer to a refund on the Instant HTMA Professional Course:
-The product was not delivered to the customer.
-The customer repurchased the product after an initial purchase in error.

Additional conditions for Instant HTMA Professional Course:
-The customer has completed 100% of the course content.
-The customer can provide proof of 1 Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis result run since purchasing the course.
-The customer can provide details about how they were unable to help their client using HTMA results.

Products may not be returned due solely to incompatibility with a customer's software or device.

Products may not be returned due solely to lack of time to complete the course.

If the above conditions are not met, Operator reserves the right to reject the refund.

​Refunds are permitted on the sale of services under the following conditions:
-Refunds are only provided prior to the services being scheduled.
-Refunds are issued at the Operator's discretion and may be accepted or rejected as such.
