In the world of functional health, it’s easy to get excited about the complex stuff.
Mold protocols. Parasite cleanses. Gut testing. Biohacking tools. Hormone stacks. Detox programs.

These all have their place, and they can be incredibly powerful, but only when the foundation is strong.

And that foundation? It starts with minerals.

• Is copper building up and affecting detox or hormone balance?

These mineral dynamics reveal what the body is ready for… and what it’s not.
